Everything comes to one address, hello@alphafinance.io. It is read by Mike Eli, the founder and publisher.

What to send

• Corrections: A figure that does not match its source, a claim in an article you believe is wrong, or a broken panel. Include the page address, and for live data the time you saw it. Put "Correction" in the subject line. How corrections are handled is in the editorial policy.
• Data: A feed you think the terminal should read, or a method you think it gets wrong. The methodology describes how each dashboard is built.
• Privacy: To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. See the privacy policy.
• Complaints: If you are unhappy with how a correction or a privacy request was handled, reply to the same thread with "Complaint" in the subject line. It goes to the publisher, Mike Eli.
• Partnerships and press: Data partnerships, referral arrangements and media enquiries. Commercial arrangements are limited to what the affiliate disclosure describes, and none of them buys coverage.

The company

Alpha Finance is owned and operated by Block Media Pty Ltd, ACN 671 787 965, an Australian company based in Sydney, New South Wales. You can confirm the registration by searching the ACN on the ASIC register. Legal notices should be addressed to the company at the email above.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not an exchange or an adviser. We cannot access, recover or advise on any account, wallet or position, and we do not give personal financial advice. A problem with an exchange account has to go to that exchange.

If someone claims to be us

Alpha Finance has no token, runs no airdrops, and will never ask you for funds, a seed phrase, a private key or remote access to your device. It does not contact people first on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or X. Email from us comes only from an address ending in @alphafinance.io. Our only social accounts are @alphafinanceIO on X and Alpha Finance on LinkedIn. Anyone who says otherwise is not us, and we would like to hear about it at the address above.
